Welcom to Noguchi Laboratory

In our laboratory, we are studying the basic components of research for TFT (thin film transistor) systems, such as new fabrication process, new materials and photo-sensor on flexible panels for future applications.

We are collaborating with other universities as well the industries in domestic and overseas since inauguration in 2006.

Furthermore, we promote research of high performance thin-film solar cells with ecological structure and materials by using clean light energy resource in the semi-tropical Okinawa.

Our laboratory greatly divides into three groups and is researching.

1. Making technology of TFT

2. Photo sensor

3. Thin film Solar cell

This site introduces a concrete content of the research, the thesis, and the life as a researcher, etc.
